Weekly Highlights Round 16

The Better Half are now back up to second after beating Alleycats 8-0. Elsewhere there were 6-2 victories for Rejects, Ebowla and New Vintage.

Player of the week must go to Gary Brandon after posting a 611 series, a whopping 143 pins over his season average series. Gary also moves to the the top of the High Game Handicap standings so fantastic effort, well done.

Also well done to Sean Hale who continues his sparkling form this season after hitting a 650 series as well as Jack Bracken after scoring a new season best scratch game for the league with a 279.

Honorable mentions this week to Vinny Wright (580) and Tom Cuthbert (546) with Tom's score including a 7-10 pickup which I'm absolutely certain was not helped in any way by the strings.
